Assoc. Prof. Tan, Luxi Dean of the Chemical Engineering Department
He got his bachelor's degree in Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University at 2007, and go on to obtain his Ph.D in Organic Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joint Chongqing University at 2016. His research interest lies with the optoelectronic organic functional materials and organic electronics. |

Research direction
Design, preparation and photoelectric properties of organic conjugated functional materials: including the structural design and synthesis of organic conjugated small molecules and polymer materials, the prediction of the energy level structure and photoelectric properties of molecules combined with density functional theory calculations, the preparation of photoelectric devices such as solar cells and field effect transistors, and the research on the influence of molecular structure and self-assembly on their fluorescence, photoelectric effect, carrier transport properties and other photoelectric properties.
