19722月出生,工学博士,重庆大学化学化工学院教授,副院长。化工过程强化与反应国家地方联合工程实验室洁净能源与资源利用化工过程重庆市重点实验室副主任,中国化工教育学会理事,重庆市第四类引进高层次人才,重庆市万盛区人民政府科技顾问。1993年毕业于河北工业大学无机化工专业获学士学位,1996年毕业于天津大学化工学院获工业催化学位,2004年获美国University of Alabama工学博士学位,同年10-20073月在美国Lehigh大学从事博士后研究,20076月到重庆大学化学化工学院从事教学科研工作。研究领域为化工过程与系统优化、化工及催化新材料及化工传递,已在国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,他引700余次,获发明专利授权12项。2016年获重庆大学唐立新奖教金优秀科研奖,2010年成都市科学进步三等奖(排名第三)2010年获重庆大学黄尚廉青年创新奖
