李杨,男,1978年生,重庆大学青年百人计划预聘制助理教授,特聘研究员,博士生导师,研究方向为合成有机化学、生物无机化学、配位化学、及催化。2000年吉林大学化学系获得学士学位。2000-2006年间在美国佐治亚大学University of Georgia从事天然化合物的全合成并于2006年获得理学博士学位。2006年10月至2009年5月在加拿大多伦多大学化学系University of Toronto从事金属催化有机方法学的博士后科研工作。2009年6月至2012年5月在美国麻省理工学院化学系Massachusetts Institute of Technology从事生物无机化学的博士后科研工作,师从于美国科学院院士Stephen J. Lippard教授。20127月加入重庆大学化工学院工作。2014年5月起担任化学系主任。获得2016年度德国“Thieme Chemistry Journals Award

Dr. Yang Li, tenure-track assistant professor in organic and bioinorganic chemistry, has joined the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering since July, 2012. Dr. Li obtained his B.S. degree in 2000 at Jilin University. He then studied at the University of Georgia, USA, on natural product total synthesis and obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2006. Since then, he has been a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto (2006.10-2009.5) on metallocatalysis and at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2009.6-2012.5) on bioinorganic chemistry. He is now a member of “100 young plan” of the Chongqing University. Yang’s research interest resides on the intersection of organic synthesis, biomimetic modeling, coordination chemistry, and metallocatalysis. Besides of exploring novel and highly efficient synthetic methods, the employment of advanced structural architectures in modeling the active sites of metalloenzymes bearing polynuclear core is Yang’s another research interest. Along with the biomimetic modeling work, catalysis using multinuclear metal complexes will be his research emphasis as well. In 2016, Yang was elected as one of the winners of “Thieme Chemistry Journals Award”.


研究方向:本课题组的科研方向集中在两个领域:合成有机化学与生物无机化学。在合成有机化学领域,我们的目标是通过新颖及绿色的化学转换手段,快捷地构建复杂分子骨架,为具有生物活性及药物活性分子的合成提供全新的途径,其中一个主要研究方向,是通过芳炔活性中间体制备范围更加广泛的多取代芳基化合物;在生物无机化学方向,我们立志于创造全新的具有预组织特性的多齿配体骨架,应用于多核金属仿生配位中,并希望进一步获得多核金属催化化学转化的应用。

具体课题包括

1.新型双芳炔试剂的合成与多米诺芳炔参与的化学反应,制备三取代芳基化合物及其在药物分子合成中的应用。

2.通过简单芳炔中间体实现多取代芳基化合物的合成及其它化学转化。

3.新型具有预组织特性配体的设计合成及其在含多核金属酶的化学仿生合成中的应用。

4.以多核金属配位化合物为催化剂的催化活性研究。
