熊燕

熊燕教授/博士生导师,生于1975年。2007年毕业于四川大学有机化学专业,获博士学位,师从中国科学院院士冯小明教授,主要从事有机合成不对称催化研究。2008年至2009年爱尔兰都柏林大学CSCB研究中心从事博士后研究,IRCSET学者(IRCSET Postdoctoral Fellow),师从Dr. Hasim Ibrahim,主要从事超价碘化学、氰化及Pd络合物催化的外消旋双三氟甲磺酰氧基芳烃的去对称化研究。2009年回国,重庆大学任教。20149月北京大学纳米化学研究中心访问研究,从事新型材料石墨炔合成,师从中国科学院院士刘忠范教授。20093月曾往德国Max-Planck研究所访问学习,201212月曾往法国凡尔赛大学国家科学研究中心(CNRS)进行互访项目合作交流。

主要学术贡献:基于BF3-H2O超酸体系和碳正离子中间体,利用苄醇、苄氯、苄醚发展了芳烃的苄基化反应及其绿色合成过程,合成了降血脂药物苄氯贝特(Beclobrate);基于FeCl3·6H2O的结晶水与Cl-的相互作用,高选择性地实现了苯胺的4,4-氧化自由基偶联反应构建联芳胺化合物,通过添加TEA对原有氢键破坏,高选择性地实现了氧化的自由基甲基桥联反应;基于超价碘氧化,发展了极性反转的Umpolung碳杂键不对称形成反应;基于超价碘氧化重排,实现了多样性噁唑、咪唑杂环的构建,合成了氯苄达唑(Chlormidazole)、克立咪唑(Clemizole)药物。相关工作发表在Chem. Eur. J.Green Chem.J. Org. Chem.Adv. Synth. Catal.TetrahedronTetrahedron Lett.SynlettSynthesisRSC Advances等有机化学主流刊物上,总引次数567次,最高单篇他引133次。申请发明专利12项,已获授权3项。

Dr. Yan Xiong was born in 1975. In 2007, he obtained his PhD degree working on the amine-mediated asymmetric synthesis with the CAS Academician Prof. Xiaoming Feng and in 2008 moved to UCD (Ireland) for one more year posdoc experience of hypervalent iodide and cyanation with Dr. Hasim Ibrahim. In 2009 Yan was appointed to Chongqing University firstly as a Lecturer. Now he is an associate professor and qualifies as a supervisor of PhD student and posdoc. In 2014 he becomes a visiting researcher in Peking University working on synthesis of graphdiyne with the CAS Academician Prof. Zhongfan Liu. The research interest of YAN group is focused on organic electron transfer asymmetric synthesis in constructing architectures of chiral drugs and natural products and the synthesis of novel material graphdiyne.

In YAN lab, there is a long-time collaboration with CNRS (France) and some academic activities are funded by international grants. The members in lab involve two PhD students, six master students and a few project undergraduates. Hope you join us and start your promising research career.
